What’s the biggest problem you have when barbecuing your pork ribs?
Are they coming out overcooked, undercooked? Are they mushy? Too Crispy? Anything…just fire away.
So what’s your biggest headache when cooking your ribs.

Being in England most of out barbecues tend to be fairly bland affairs. I was watching a recipe for pulled pork the other day and various other recipes and I was amazed at the effort you guys put into your barbecues. So for me I’d be really interested in seeing some recipes.
To be honest I’ve never actually cooked ribs on a grill so couldn’t answer that but I’ll definately be giving it a try. I actually review barbecues for a living so the addition of some of your famous American recipes would be great for my readers. I have a reasonable list of customers who read my reviews so I’ll be recommending they head over here and check you out Bill.
